Quality Assurance

At MPSC, quality assurance is more than just a process; it is a core value within the company. Our Quality Plan, the centerpiece of progressive program execution, encompasses all of our processes and approaches to ensure we deliver on time and at the highest quality. The MPSC Quality Plan consists of:

  • Quality Targets to ensure deliverables meet the requirements and exceed expectations of the customer.
  • Critical Task List (CTL) to define specific and implied tasks and ensure a firm understanding of requirements. The CTL becomes a ‘living’ document that evolves with the contract and the needs of the customer.
  • Quality Assurance Plan outlines our approach to ensure that proactive processes and systems are in place to prevent shortfalls in quality.
  • Quality Control Plan clearly defines how quality will be measured, tested, and reported for each deliverable, as well as the critical tasks within each deliverable.
  • Risk Mitigation Plan to proactively manage and mitigate foreseeable risk and ultimately minimize risk factors.
